Packaging Proper packaging can be complex but it is always an integral part of any marketing effort! We have found that packaging may have many different forms. Packaging can be defined as the visual appearance and appeal of a product through the proper graphics, use of colors, logo impact, or size and shape. Some refer to this as product Branding (Branding of a Company is equally important). At MA Marketing and Management we believe many companies also “brand” themselves through public perceptions of customer service, quality of product, ownership practices etc. therefore we tend to examine the adoption of the “attitude” of the company the be clearly established and disseminated within the organization as the critical first step in any packaging and branding efforts. We believe it is critical to capture the essence of what a company is all about in order to properly package any product or service coming from this company. The perception of the company as well as the individual product or service involved and what it means to the End User is the essence of Packaging to us. During R&D The 4 STEP Process begins when the Team works to Identify the product or services End User. We then clearly Evaluate the Buying Motivations of The End User as it relates to the product or service. Once we understand who is buying, and why, we are able to appropriately Organize a strategy to package the product or service based upon its best selling features and benefits. We refer to the resulting presentation as End User Communication (EUC). End User Communication is vital to producing a sale of the product or service and a NET Profit Result! |
